Web Entry Training

New training classes have been posted below for NEW web ticket entry training. Please be aware that webinar classes close 48 hours before the date of class to allow the instructor time to email you meeting instructions.If you currently enter locate requests online you are considered a current user. If you do not have a user name and password for the current web entry program you need to sign up for one of the new user classes. More information about the new EDEN locate request creation system is located at http://www.gaupc.com/EDENInfo.asp. It is suggested that you view this video prior to your class.
