Official Utilities Protection Center, Inc. Business Notification Long Distance Phone Provider Change

Duluth, GA – June 25th, 2008 – Utilities Protection Center, Inc. will be changing Long Distance Phone providers on the evening of June 30th, beginning at 6:00pm and continuing until 7:00pm. During this time ALL toll-free 8xx numbers (including 811 and PRIS) coming into the Call Center will be unavailable to accept phone calls.However the Call Center will remain available to accept Damage and Emergency notices via our local telephone number. To contact the Call Center during this time, please call our local number at 770-623-4344.

Official Utilities Protection Center, Inc. Business Notification UPC Scheduled System Maintenance.

Duluth, GA – February 7th, 2008 – Utilities Protection Center, Inc. will be performing scheduled system maintenance this evening, February 7th, beginning at 8:00pm and continuing until 9:00pm. During this time incoming calls to the Call Center will be unavailable. However, all other UPC communication methods will not be affected – including web ticket entry.In the event of a damage or emergency please contact the affected utility directly during this time, then call UPC once the maintenance has been completed.
